1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit our Connectivity Assessment form we collect:

• Your first name, phone number, and email address
• Your home or business address (used to check carrier availability)
• Your current internet provider and stated frustration
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser, referrer, and UTM parameters

3. How we use it

• To match you with the internet options available at your address
• To have a local advisor contact you about your assessment
• To verify your address via Google's Address Validation API
• To measure ad performance in aggregate (Meta Pixel)

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not auction your lead to competing call centers
• We do not send unsolicited marketing outside of your specific inquiry

5. Who we share with

Only the carrier you specifically choose to move forward with, and the service providers required to operate our business (Google for address validation, Meta for ad measurement, and our own internal lead management). Each is bound by their own privacy terms.

6. Your rights

California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time by emailing contact@hyperwirenetworks.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We keep lead records for up to 24 months for account servicing and audit purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
