Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. What we offer
HyperWire Networks provides a free advisory service that compares residential and business internet options available at a specific address. We are an independent master-agent partner, not an internet service provider. When you engage a carrier we recommend, they may pay us a referral commission — your price is the same either way.
2. Consent to contact
By submitting your address, name, phone, and email, you agree that a HyperWire advisor may contact you by phone, SMS, and email regarding your assessment. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by emailing us.
3. No guarantee of availability
Carrier availability and pricing change frequently and are ultimately determined by the carrier at the time of installation. We use best-available public and partner data, but final availability, speed, and price are set by the carrier you choose.
4. No affiliation
HyperWire Networks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of AT&T, Verizon, Frontier, Starlink, T-Mobile, Xfinity, or any other carrier trademark referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to submit false information, use automated scripts to submit leads, or use the service to harass our advisors or third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperWire Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from carrier service quality, installation delays, or promotional-rate changes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.
